to own them back to you.

How we will work together:
With a small down payment you could begin building towards better credit. Your down payment
increases every month. We structure our rent to owns like a straight amortization loan. Each month
you pay a little more down payment and a little less rent. A usual term is 20 years with a 5 year
balloon. That means after 5 years you apply for a mortgage at a normal financial institution. During
this 5 year term you have been working on cleaning up your credit!
What Else We Offer:
On occasion we will buy the home you are interested in, add our commission and rent to own or land
